The Studio is the Appleton Museum of Art’s energetic group of young professionals, artists, and art enthusiasts who have a passion for art, culture, and design. The Appleton offers The Studio members unique and interactive programming, specifically designed for ages 21-39.

A one-year membership to The Studio is $35.00 and includes special access to members-only events, as well as all the benefits of being a part of the Appleton Museum of Art.

    Vredevoogd

    Exhibition opening party

    april 10, 6-8 p.m.

    Join us for the opening celebration of artist James H. Vredevoogd’s first retrospective with live music, a photo booth, wine and hors d’oeuvres. An Emeritus Professor of Art at Edinboro University in Pennsylvania, he taught painting, drawing and performance art for thirty-two years. Realistic in style but surrealist in subject matter, his works are enigmatic dreamscapes with their own unique symbolism and iconography, captivating the viewer and daring them to take a closer look.

    Join us to celebrate the one-year anniversary of The Studio’s re-launch!  We’ve had a very successful year and want to thank our members and community for supporting us so let’s get together again for another fun, art-filled event. Enjoy live music from Dane Myers, live art-making, artist booths, giveaways, food, summer cocktails and much more!
