Contemporary Prints from the Collection of Dr. and Mrs. Frank J. Hildner

October 28, 2006 – January 7, 2007

This collection of 21 works on paper was recently donated to the Appleton Museum of Art. Works by artists such as Calder, Dali, MIro, Oldenberg, Pearlstein and Silberman are represented in this generous gift. Additional, the Hildner donation is timely, because it includes artists whose work also appears in the concurrent Modern Tapestries exhibition. The public benefits by having the opportunity to compare multiple works by artists in various media without our changing exhibition area.
