View MapJoin us for a meet-and-greet with artist Randy Batista, whose work is featured in the solo exhibition, “Caught Up in History and Captured on Film,” followed by a presentation on Cuban art by Gabriela “Gaby” Azcuy.
Appleton Director’s Circle members are invited for drinks and light hors d’oeuvres in the café from 5–6 p.m. Beginning at 5:30 p.m., artist Randy Batista will be in the Balcony Gallery for Florida Artists to answer questions about his black-and-white photographs. Museum doors open to the public at 6 p.m.
At 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium, all are invited for a presentation titled, “The 90s in Cuba Through the Lens of the Arts,” by art curator, cultural manager, editor and lecturer Gabriela “Gaby” Azcuy.
This event is free; no reservation needed to attend.
