Health Update: COVID-19
After careful consideration, the Appleton Museum of Art, College of Central Florida will close to the public beginning March 15 through May 15 for the safety and well-being of our visitors and staff. This includes regular visiting hours, as well as special events, art classes and programming scheduled to take place during this time. Open to Everyone!
The Artspace is designed to engage adults and children in hands-on art experiences through colorful activity stations and projects that relate to the understanding of art. Make a mosaic with magnets, build with Lego® or draw on our glass wall — there's something for every age and ability!
Artspace Hours: (Currently closed through May 15)
Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Sundays, noon–5 p.m.

First Saturdays at the Appleton are for families, and now they are completely free! In addition to enjoying the exhibitions, visit the Artspace on First Saturdays for artist-themed projects for the whole family. From 10:30-11:30 a.m. ages 2-5 are invited for a special Museum & Me Story Time, followed by an art activity. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

For children ages 2–5. Join us for story time as we read about art and artists and then visit the Artspace as a group for an art activity. Children must have at least one adult with them at all times; no registration needed to attend.
