Now through Labor Day, the annual Blue Star Museums program provides free admission to currently serving U.S. military personnel and up to 5 family members. The Appleton is also proud to extend this offer to U.S. military veterans.
Blue Star Museums is a nationwide initiative led by the National Endowment for the Arts and Blue Star Families, in collaboration with the Department of Defense and museums across the country.
Free admission is available to those currently serving in the United States Military, including the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, and Space Force, as well as members of the Reserves, National Guard, U.S. Public Health Commissioned Corps and NOAA Commissioned Corps. Eligible participants may bring up to five family members and must present one of the following IDs for entry: Geneva Conventions common access card (CAC), DD Form 1173 ID card (dependent ID), DD Form 1173-1 ID card, or the Next Generation Uniformed Services (Real) ID card.
